Berry Smoothie Red Papaya Boat

For the Boat

  • ½ red papaya, seeds removed

For the Smoothie

  • ½ cup frozen mixed berries (70g)

  • ½ cup natural or Greek yoghurt (125g)

  • ½ cup diced red papaya (75g)


Fresh blueberries, kiwi, banana slices, buckinis, shredded coconut, granola or your favourite ingredients 


  • Blend smoothie ingredients (berries, yoghurt and extra red papaya) until smooth.

  • Spoon smoothie into de-seeded red papaya half and garnish with your choice of toppings. Serve immediately.
