Red Papaya with Chilli Salt & Lime

  • 1 ripe red papaya

  • Lime wedges

  • 2 tsp sea salt

  • 2 tsp hot paprika or chilli powder


  • Combine sea salt and paprika in a small jar.

  • Cut red papaya in half, peel and remove seeds. Cut papaya flesh into wedges and arrange on a plate.

  • Serve red papaya with a squeeze of lime and a pinch of chilli salt.


  • This recipe makes more chilli salt than required, store extra in an airtight container for another use.
