Red Papaya Health Blast

  • 1 medium red papaya

  • 1 cup plain yoghurt

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ⅓ linseed, sunflower kernels and almond meal mixture (LSA)

  • 4 tablespoons honey


  • Peel and deseed red papaya. Cut into chunks. Divide evenly between 4 bowls. Stir cinnamon through yoghurt until well combined. Dollop yoghurt on papaw and drizzle with honey.

  • Serve sprinkled with LSA mixture.
