Papaya guacamole boat

To make, just follow these steps, and enjoy with a big bowl of corn chips!
4 ripe avocados, mashed
1 cup finely diced @rubyrisepapaya
1 clove garlic, diced
1 shallot, diced
Juice of 1 lime
1/4 tsp salt
Stir all ingredients in a bowl, and serve in a scooped into papaya boat!
